What is Sokoni?: Sokoni is a South African multi-vendor marketplace. Independent sellers list products; you shop in one cart and pay Sokoni securely at checkout.
Do I need an account to buy?: Yes. Create an account with email verification before checkout. Guest checkout is not available.
How do I track my order?: Signed-in customers use My Orders. You can also use the track page with order number and email.
How does shipping work?: Courier rates are quoted at checkout via Bob Go (door, Bob Box locker, or Pargo pickup). Shipping is charged separately from product prices.
What fees do sellers pay?: Commission per line sold is 8%, 10%, or 15% by category. New sellers get 3 months free portal access, then R150/month.
