Sokoni is built for a safe marketplace: verified sellers, login-required checkout, fraud controls, and mediated disputes.
Account and checkout security
Checkout requires a verified account. Guest checkout is not available. This reduces fraud, gives you an order history, and lets support assist with full context.
Optional two-factor authentication and phone verification are available in Account settings.
Fraud prevention
High-risk orders may be held for review before fulfilment. Sokoni monitors for suspicious patterns to protect shoppers and sellers. Do not share your password, Savings Pocket PIN, or one-time codes with anyone.
Disputes and mediation
Sokoni facilitates transactions between buyers and vendors. When something goes wrong, our team mediates using your order and support history. There is no direct buyer-to-seller messaging on Sokoni.
Seller standards
Sellers must provide accurate listings, honour dispatch commitments, and cooperate on returns. Sokoni may suspend vendors who breach Vendor Terms or harm buyer trust.
