Every Sokoni order is backed by secure Paystack checkout, order-linked support, and returns handled under South African consumer law.
Secure payments
You pay through Paystack on a secure payment page. Sokoni does not store your full card number. You may also apply Savings Pocket balance toward part of an order when you have funds and a PIN set.

Sokoni support on every order
Shoppers contact Sokoni support, not sellers directly. This keeps your order history, payment context, and dispute trail in one place. Use the Support widget on any page or email support with your order number.
Returns and refunds
Start a return from My Orders once an order is shipped or delivered. After Sokoni approves, book a Bob Go return label from My Returns. Refunds go to your Savings Pocket and/or original card via Paystack after we receive the goods.

Verified sellers
Sellers complete KYC before listing. Sokoni staff review ID, bank, and business documents. Approved sellers may show a verified badge on their shop page.
