Delivery & Bob Go
Sokoni Standard Delivery uses Bob Go for door delivery, Bob Box lockers, and Pargo pickup points. Rates are quoted at checkout based on your address and parcel size.
How shipping works
Courier rates are quoted at checkout via Bob Go. You choose door delivery, a Bob Box locker, or a Pargo pickup point before you pay. Shipping is charged separately from product prices and includes a small Sokoni handling fee on the courier quote.
Multi-vendor carts may ship in separate parcels. Each seller or the Sokoni hub dispatches their items according to the fulfilment method on the product.
Delivery timelines
- Bob Box lockers: usually within 2 working days locally (main centres 2 to 3 days). You have 48 hours to collect once the parcel is in the locker.
- Pargo pickup: usually 3 to 5 working days with an 8-day collection window and reminder messages.
- Door courier: varies by area and carrier service selected at checkout.
Cut-off times apply for same-day collection booking (Bob Box 14:00, Pargo 12:00).
Where orders ship from
There is no walk-in Sokoni store. Orders ship either directly from the seller or from the Sokoni hub in Pinetown, where Sokoni dispatches on the seller's behalf.
